The terms, in plain English.

These are the terms you agree to when you buy anything from Better Within, including Booty Builder and 1:1 coaching. Written to be read, not skipped. If anything is unclear, ask before you buy.

1. Who you are dealing with

Better Within is a trading name of Better Within FZE LLC, a free zone company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates under licence number 2625216533888, with its registered office at BC-891621, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

Our licence covers Lifestyle Development Consultancy and E-Commerce. We are an online coaching business. We are not a healthcare provider and we are not licensed as one.

In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Better Within FZE LLC. "You" means the person buying or using anything we offer. Reach us at info@betterwithin.ae or info@betterwithin.co.uk. Both arrive in the same inbox.

2. What you are buying

Booty Builder is a digital, self-guided, unsupervised fitness programme. You get a training plan, a nutrition guide, a macro calculator, exercise videos and a progress tracker, all delivered electronically.

It is coaching and general fitness information. It is not one-to-one personal training. It does not include individual programming, form checks, live supervision, or a diet plan written around your medical history. Nothing is posted to you.

1:1 online coaching

1:1 online coaching is a separate service at £165 a month, with a minimum term of three months. It is covered by its own coaching agreement, which you sign before you start and which sets out payment, the minimum term and how to cancel. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the coaching agreement applies.

Coaching includes a nutrition plan built around your goals. It is general nutrition guidance from a personal trainer, not a medical or clinical diet, and it is not written to treat any health condition.

3. This is not medical advice

Better Within is an online coaching service. It is not a medical, clinical, physiotherapy, dietetic or psychological service, and it is not regulated as healthcare in the UAE or anywhere else.

The full health terms are set out in our Training Waiver and Health Disclaimer. It forms part of these terms, you must read it before you buy, and you will be asked to sign it.

4. Price and payment

The first 10 people to book Booty Builder pay £108, and people on the waiting list get early access from 14 October 2026. After the first 10 bookings, the price is £135. Everyone starts the programme together on 21 October 2026. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Your bank may apply its own conversion or fees, which are not ours and are not refundable by us.

We may change prices or run offers at any time before you place an order. Doing so does not affect an order already placed.

5. Access, and cancelling

The programme is digital content released to you immediately. At checkout you will be asked to confirm two things: that you want access straight away, and that you understand you give up any statutory cancellation right once access begins.

If you do not give that confirmation, we hold the programme until you either confirm or any applicable cooling-off period ends.

Because this is digital content delivered instantly and, once delivered, cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds after access has been given, except where the programme is faulty, is materially not as described, or where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

6. What you receive after you pay

Once payment clears you receive, together:

  1. the Training Waiver to read and sign
  2. the full Booty Builder programme as a PDF
  3. a link to your own private folder for progress photos
  4. a welcome email explaining how to start

If anything has not arrived within a few hours, email us.

7. What you may do with it

You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the programme yourself. You may not share it, resell it, republish it, upload it anywhere, or use it to coach or train other people commercially. All intellectual property in it remains ours.

8. We do not promise results

We make no promise about the results you will get. What happens depends on your starting point, your consistency, your genetics, your sleep, your nutrition, your medical history and much that nobody controls.

Photographs, testimonials and examples show individual results. They are not a guarantee, a prediction or an average.

9. Our responsibility to you

We will provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent applicable law allows:

  • we are not responsible for any injury, illness, aggravation of an existing condition, loss or damage arising from you taking part in physical exercise, following our guidance, or using the programme in a way that is not suitable for you
  • we are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, lost income, lost profit, lost opportunity or any business loss
  • where we are responsible, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the programme

You are responsible for deciding whether the programme is right for you, for obtaining medical clearance where our Training Waiver says you should, and for exercising safely and within your own limits.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

10. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms, share the programme, use it to train other people commercially, or use it in a way we have told you not to, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction, subject only to any mandatory consumer protection the law of your own country of residence gives you that cannot be contracted out of.

12. If something goes wrong

Contact us first at info@betterwithin.ae so we have a chance to put it right. We aim to reply within three working days.

13. General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. We may update these terms, and the version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
