The programme
Look at the actual plan before you buy it.
Most programmes ask you to pay first and find out after. Week one is open below, exactly as it appears in the PDF. Pick a week, pick a day.

Join the listHow the eight weeks run
Four phases. Nothing jumps.
Foundation
Activation and form. Pattern before weight, with no load increase at all.
Volume build
More reps, more control. Progressive overload starts, five to ten percent at a time.
Intensity
Heavier loads, lower reps. The last two reps of every set should feel genuinely hard.
Peak and finish
Loads stay high, the goal shifts to feel over force. Then finish what you started.
Before you start
What you need, and what I need.
Equipment
- Dumbbells
- Barbell and plates
- Cable machine access
- A smith machine or squat rack for the split squats
- A Stairmaster for the weekly finisher, or any steady climb
Every session, top and tail
Five minutes of leg swings, glute bridges and bodyweight squats to open. Five minutes of hip flexor, hamstring, glute and quad stretches to close. Both are written out in full in the guide.
What I need from you
- Check-in photos, front, side and back, at weeks one, three, five and seven. Same lighting, same time of day
- Measurements at the same points: waist, hips, and the fullest part of your glutes. Soft tape, same spot every time
- Log your weights each session so the progression is real rather than remembered
- Listen to your body, and stop if anything does not feel right
In the box
Everything you need. Nothing you do not.
The eight-week plan
Every session written out. Sets, reps, rest and a form cue on every exercise, across all thirty-two sessions.
Live macro calculator
Your calories and macros from your own stats, activity and goal. Revisit it every two or three weeks as things change.
Nutrition guide
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and twelve sweet treats, each with a swap idea.
Full video library
Every exercise demonstrated, so form is never a guess and you are not scrolling for a tutorial mid-session.
Progress tracker
Photos and measurements at weeks one, three, five and seven, in your own folder.
A cue for every week
Eight notes telling you what the focus is, what should feel hard, and when to add weight rather than chase a number.
