Your information, and what we do with it.

Short version: we collect your name, email and phone number so we can tell you when the programme opens, and your signed waiver once you buy. We do not sell any of it, we do not share it, and you can have most of it deleted whenever you want.

1. Who looks after your information

Better Within FZE LLC is the data controller. We are registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates under licence number 2625216533888, at BC-891621, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

2. What we collect

When you join the list

  • your first name
  • your email address
  • your phone number
  • anything you type into the message box
  • the fact that you ticked the consent boxes, and when

When you enquire about 1:1 coaching

  • your first name, email address and phone number
  • what you tell us in the enquiry
  • the fact that you ticked the consent box, and when

When you buy and sign the waiver

  • your full name, the date, and your acceptance of the waiver
  • payment confirmation from our payment provider. We never see or store your card details

Health information you choose to give us

If you tell us about an injury, a condition or a pregnancy, that is sensitive information. We use it only to answer you, we keep it to the minimum, and we delete it once it is no longer needed.

Progress photos

If you upload progress photos, they sit in your own folder. They are yours. We do not publish them, share them or use them in marketing unless you give us separate written permission for a specific use.

Automatically

Our host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security. This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to a coaching enquiry. Because you asked us to, and ticked the box to say so.
  • To email or WhatsApp you about the launch. Because you gave permission by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • To deliver the programme and answer you. Because we have a contract with you.
  • To keep a record of your signed waiver. Because we need it to establish and defend legal claims.
  • To keep the site secure and stop spam. Because we have a legitimate interest in protecting the service.
  • To keep records the law requires. Because the law says so.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Ever.

4. Who else handles it

  • Google Workspace, which receives the website forms and stores the list in a Google Sheet
  • Google Workspace, for our email
  • WhatsApp (Meta), when we message you or you join a programme group there
  • Google Drive and Google Forms, for the programme files, waiver records and progress photo folders
  • Hostinger, which hosts this website
  • Our payment provider, which processes payments

They may only use your information to do the job we have asked them to do.

If you join a Booty Builder WhatsApp group, the other members of that group can see your phone number and your WhatsApp name. That is how WhatsApp groups work and we cannot switch it off.

5. Where your information goes

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers operate internationally. If you are outside the UAE, your information leaves your country when you deal with us. We rely on appropriate contractual safeguards with our providers.

6. How long we keep it

  • List details: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months with no engagement, whichever comes first
  • Signed waivers and order records: six years from the end of your programme, because that is the period in which a claim could be brought
  • Health information: deleted once it is no longer needed to answer you
  • Progress photos: yours. Ask and we will remove our access
  • Server logs: as set by our host

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, send it to someone else, or stop messaging you by email or WhatsApp.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law these are your rights as a data subject. If the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, you have equivalent rights under those. Either way, we will honour them.

One limit worth stating plainly: we cannot delete a signed waiver while the period for bringing a claim is still running, because it is the record that protects both of us.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first so we can fix it. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection authority where you live. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Children

This site and the programme are for adults. They are not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

If we change this page we will update the date at the top. If the change matters, we will email everyone on the list.
